Very nice, as said before transitions look very smooth and drifts being held longer it seems.
Still no working e-brake I'm assuming? Also, saw CityTireOnline and Federal, have you changed tires from the Dunlops to the Federals? Or just for the rears? Which Federals are you running, 595SS or 595RS-R? And what size, 245/45 still or something else?
Yep, still no ebrake, hopefully that will happen in the next month or so.
We are still running Dunlops (DZ101 245/45R17) in the video, but Federal hooked us up with some of there new EVO595 tires to use on the street. Basically having a set of Federals to drive with on the street allowed us to use one of our remaining sets of Dunlops at the track. The EVO595 is being positioned as a grip tire, not a drift tire, so we are gonna test them out under grip conditions. The JustDrift guys like to run the 595SS for drifting.
As for City Tire Online, they have become a great supporter of drifting here in Southern California and show up to events with a tire rig. It's great to be able to have tires mounted and dismounted right at the track. They also let you order a set of tires, that they will bring to the track for you.
I've done alot of business w/ Brian at CityTireOnline, great support, pricing, etc. I ran the 595SS for all of the '07 season and the 1st two events this season, then landed a partical sponcership through Maxxis w/ the MA-Z1 tires. Which I found to be just as good and better compared to the Federal 595SS, but smoked and lasted a bit longer w/ much better front grip. The Federals seemed to need a bit more heat in them to grip as good as the Maxxis and the Maxxis seemed to take the heat better.
Based on the recent blog entries the new alignment seems to be working out great for you guys, keep us posted on how it does at the next event.
Nice. Looks smooth in the transitions.

needs more tire smoke and cow bell
Definately more cow bell.
I think I speak for all of us when I say...
"I got a fever....and the only prescription is more cow bell."
Only cowbell could cure this car, and we need more of it.
