One thing stopping from me at least dropping the motor in the car is an oil pan. I dont wanna install a stocker and deal with having to replace it later on. There is a guy locally with a mildon pan new for $150. http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=MIL%2D311... is the one.

I wanna road race the car too, this is better than a stock one, but im wondering if I should just wait and bite the bullet and spend $400 for a oil pan.

I would consider keeping the stock pan and setting the car up with an accu-sump system. Probably around the same cost I would guess.
