Thanks to the power of movie magic, the installation of a Power Steering relocation kit takes less then 2 minutes. The removed A/C compressor weighs around 20 lbs, bringing the total weight saved from HVAC removal to around 70 lbs. The instructions that came with the kit called for an 84.5 inch belt, but my car required a 85.5 inch belt. I believe this is because the 3G alternator that we are running has a slightly larger pulley. When I install the larger Power Steering pulley (under-drive) the belt length will get stepped up once more. The kit was picked up off ebay for around $35 and appears to be made up of factory Ford pieces.

Are you sure you didn't inhale a little off that AC gas while you were working on the car?

I picked up this Power Steering Relocation from one of those 5.0 Mustang restoration magazines for something like $40. Not only did it help get rid of the A/C, but my power steering does not seem to overflow out the top as much anymore.
